Pot Plant Owl (the Book) is sold by Allan & Tracy Eccles in their personal capacity. However, the financial transaction is routed through Falcon Africa Safaris cc, a travel company since 1990, of whom they are the sole owners. Pot Plant Owl is a coffee table book with full colour photographs. It is the record of a Spotted Eagle Eagle raising her chicks on a balcony in Johannesburg. By proceeding to order and pay for 'the Book', it is accepted that the Buyer is desirous of obtaining 'the Book' and no refund will be considered.
Damage
In the event of 'the Book' being damaged during delivery, it will be replaced on the return of the damaged book to the seller.
Delivery policy
Upon receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of a Confirmation Letter. Delivery is free within Gauteng and at a cost outside Gauteng (Registered Post). The Book is available from 1 November 2009 until further notice.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Allan & Tracy Eccles is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Allan & Tracy Eccles will refund the Buyer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the Buyer, prior to delivery will attract a 20 % administration fee. There will be no refund after receipt of the Book by the Buyer.
Customer privacy policy
Allan & Tracy Eccles shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Mobux, Ukash, FNB Cell Pay Point, Visa or MasterCard credit cards, or by bank transfer into the Nedbank bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Falcon Africa Safaris cc via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Falcon Africa Safaris cc separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. Falcon Africa Safaris cc do not receive card details. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Falcon Africa Safaris cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Falcon Africa Safaris cc chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 18 Baltimore Estate, Bassoon Rd, Radiokop.
Variation
Falcon Africa Safaris cc may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
